Vader finished his AKC championship easily not long after his first birthday, with Specialty wins and a Best of Breed along the way. He also earned a UKC championship, scoring all his required points and a Reserve Best in Show in a single weekend. In 2004 he won Best of Breed at the KCA National Specialty, two months short of his second birthday. Since then he has won numerous Group placements and two UKC Reserve Best in Shows, handled by owner Fred Hirsch.
