Chaz (Am.Ch. Windrift's Money Talks), who just arrived in Hong Kong, has already won back-to-back All-Breed Bests in Show!
Scott Coleman's boy Keeten (Windrift's Dancing On The River) just finished his AKC championship! We'll be hearing more from this beautiful boy!
And another new Windrift champion -- Chaz (Gabriel x Sami) is now Ch. Windrift's Money Talks!
In Sweden, Windrift's Aurora Fund has continued her success in the ring. Her owner reports that "Aurora has now been C.I.B. SE UCH FI UCH NO UCH DK UCH and we are just going to a dogshow in Sweden where Aurora can get the title SV-10 ( Swedish winner 2010)....Aurora is a big winner. She got the title: SEV-10 and she also got BIS at the Norwegian Keeshond special 2010 among 55 keeshond from Sweden, Norway and Finland.The judge was Kathy Stewart from Canada who started with: " She takes my breath away." so we are very proud of her."

(In other words, she's a Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian/ Danish champion, and still going strong!)

Utah, May 2010: Danny and Ariel's son Keeten (Windrift's Dancing On The River) pulled a hat trick at the Beehive Cluster, winning three majors! The judges who put him up were some of the most respected in the game: James G. Reynolds, Joe Gregory, and Michele Billings. Keeten now has 13 points toward his championship, and we expect him to finish quickly. Keeten is handled solely by his owner, Scott Coleman.
Sacramento KC, April 2010: Danny had another great weekend out. He just won back-to-back Group 1's at the Sacramento K.C. shows. Huge entries and a great show. He was considered for BIS both days. Judges comments were great. Best In Show for Danny is just around the corner!
A full brother of Danny's from the second breeding, Windrift's Jitterbug Dancer, finished his champion-ship. He's as pretty, if not prettier, than Danny. Not sure what we will do with him as I have too many champions sitting around. I'm considering selling to the right person.

News from China: Hong Kong Kennel Club was again good to the Windrift Keeshonds. Our dog, Am/HK Ch. Windrift's Foreign Funds, won another Group 1 and Reserve Best In Show. Also, a Group 2. He needs four more best of breeds to be the all time BOB winner in the country. For three years Yuen was the #1 dog ALL BREEDS. Again this past year, he was the #1 Non-Sporting Dog.

The Pug that Angie Kwok and I own was awarded the #1 Toy Dog for the last year. The Pug won BOB both days and a Group 2 and a Group 4 this past weekend. I was again honored to show both of these dogs in Hong Kong last weekend. Photos are coming.
Vallejo Cluster, March 2010: Danny had another great weekend. Going BOB all four days, he garnered a Group 1, 2, and 4. The stats of January puts him in the #1 Keeshond spot. Hoping that this keeps him there.

Everyone is getting ready for the Nationals. Getting puppies ready to show and trying to find out who all is going. Looks like we will have about 20 Windrift Kees attending. Saw Cash this weekend and we are glad to state that he WILL be coming to the national. He's in great condition and great coat. He will be entered in the Veteran class so everyone look for him there. BTW Cash has been top Stud Dog for the past two years, producing more champions that any other Kees.
Windrift's Mega Music at HG's finished her championship at the Louisville cluster, going WB and BW for two four point majors! Finishing with three majors! She was and will be shown at the Naitonal by handler Chris Jones. Look for both of them in the future. Job well done!
Westminster 2010: Ch. Windrift's Dance To The Music was honored with an Award of Merit from a ring full of lovely specials.
San Bernardino, January 2010: The Keeshond Club of Southern California held their two annual specialties back-to-back on the 29th. Ch. Windrift's Dance To The Music (Danny) won Best in Specialty Show at both specialties! I finished two new champions with major wins at the specialty -- Windrift's Right On The Money (Ama), and Windrift "granddaughter" Vanderblom Flaming June. Big thrill for owners Karen O'Neil (Ama) and Chris Blom and Jeannine DeWald (Juju)!

Young hopeful Windrift's Coxswain Times Square, a Danny son, won his first points on Sunday at the Orange Empire Dog Club, with a 2-point win under judge Desmond J. Murphy.

Golden Gate KC, January 2010: Gabriel (Ch. Windrift's Non-Negotiable Asset) won BOB both days. Winners Dog both days was Windrift's Mo' Money. Danny son Windrift's Dance Card for Night Watch (Deckster) won the Non-Sporting Puppy Group on Sunday!
San Mateo, December 2009: BILL-E wrapped up the year with a bang by taking Winners Dog/Best of Winners three out of four days at the San Mateo Cluster. He won a Best of Breed from the Open class over a male special, and got himself a third major in the process! He won his last points on the last day, and is now Ch. Windrift's Follow The Money. From start to finish it took BILL-E less than six months to earn his title!

Long Beach, 2009: The big winner was "young hopeful" Windrift's Jitterbug Dancer, who went Winners Dog three out of four days for seven points, including a major. Big brother Danny took Best of Breed at the Long Beach KC show.
